Buy through PayPal and Google Checkout

PAYMENT: We currently take credit and debit card payments via PAYPAL & GOOGLE CHECKOUT as well as cheque and postal order.  Please make cheques/postal orders payable to "Jacaranda Designs"

You do not need to have a PAYPAL Account to use your Credit or Debit Card. PayPal do not share your data with the vendor. With Google Checkout (you do need to open an account with Google) you can quickly and easily buy from stores across the web and track all your orders and delivery information in one place and Google Checkout do not share your data with the vendor.

REGISTER AN ACCOUNT: You do not need to Register an Account with us in order to purchase but Registration does have some benefits. Once you have registered you can save a shopping list of items to may wish to purchase at a later date (we cannot see this list) and you can also track the status of your orders and order history. Registration also provides us with the opportunity to better service your individual preferences and needs. our personal information will not be shared with a third party – please see our Terms & Conditions for more information.

ABOUT US & GENERAL PRODUCT INFORMATION: We make our jewellery from quality stock imported worldwide. Due to the unique nature of gemstones, most of the pieces of jewellery are individually photographed so you can be assured "what you see is what you get". Only where items are identical or very similar then a stock photo is used. All our Jewellery is finished with Sterling Silver or Silver or Gold Plated components - these components being EU Nickel Content Directive compliant and therefore should not cause an allergy. We are loading NEW STOCK on an ongoing basis - if you are looking for a specific Gemstone or item, please feel free to email or telephone us with your request - we will do our best to assist you.

CLIP ON EARRING FITTINGS: The majority of earrings with Ear Wires or Drop Studs can be changed to CLIP ON Fittings - just pop a note in the "Order & Delivery Comments" box during Checkout.

STUD or EAR WIRE FITTINGS: If you would prefer Stud & Post Earring Fittings to Fish Hook Ear Wires (or vice-versa), please pop a note in the "Order & Delivery Comments" box during Checkout and we will pick up your preference with your order. Please note that adding Ear Wires will increase the earring length by approx 0.25 inches and changing from Ear Wires to Stud Post Fittings will decrease the earring length by the same amount. We do not charge for this service.

NECKLACE LENGTHS: We can lengthen and shorten the majority of Necklaces for sale. Please email us with your request PRIOR to payment to make sure the design chosen can be altered. We do not usually charge for this service although in rare cases we may request a nominal fee to cover this work.

BESPOKE MADE TO ORDER ITEMS: We are happy to undertake commissioned jewellery pieces for you. Please telephone to discuss your requirements. During busy periods, commissions may take longer to produce and we would like you to take this into consideration when placing your order.

GIFT SENDING SERVICE: We can send items you purchase direct to your loved ones and friends with your special message. We do not charge for this service. Please see "Gift Sending Category" for more information.
